Also called an Advance Directive allows you to appoint someone to make health care decisions for you if
you are incapable of making your own.
LIVING WILL
The document that states your wishes with regard
to extraordinary end-of-life care when faced
with a terminal condition.
LIVING TRUST
A separate instrument holding legal title to all your assets and property during your lifetime and which may continue in existence after your death. Avoids the probate process.
